Compliance Status

This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 AA standard.

Non-Accessible Content

Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations

The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons:

  • The keyboard focus is not fully clear for users when it tabs through links within the carousel (WCAG 2.4.7 Focus Visible). We are working with our developers on rectifying this issue
  • The focus order is arranged in a way that the cookie banner receives keyboard focus last. This means the banner covers content across the webpage until it is selected (WCAG 2.4.3 Focus Order). We are working with our developers on rectifying this issue
  • The language is missing within the settings of the PDF document (WCAG 3.1.1 Language of page). Apart from our Board papers (see below) we are looking at rectifying this issue in 2025.
  • The document has elements that are not correctly tagged (WCAG 1.3.1 Info and Relationships). Apart from our Board papers (see below) we are looking at rectifying this issue in 2025.

Disproportionate burden

We are assessing the cost of fixing the issue with our Board papers. We will update this statement once this has been completed.
