Information Requested

Do your advanced practitioners (Community Paramedics) use C3 to access more calls. If so, what level of access do they have?

Response

The Scottish Ambulance Service does not employ Community Paramedics.

There are Advanced Practitioners (Urgent Care) who, when working in Remote Consultation in the Scottish Ambulance Service, do use C3 for their patient interactions and recording of information. The APUC’s do have access to the full C3 system and are trained in such as part of their induction.
