- Information Requested
I am submitting this request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and would appreciate your assistance in clarifying the following queries related to the use of insourcing by the Health Board:
- Has the Health Board utilised insourcing from April 2024 to the present?
- What was the total insourcing spend by the Health Board during this period?
- Which departments have utilised insourcing services?
- Which insourcing companies are currently or were previously engaged by the Health Board during this time?
- Outside of the procurement team, who is the senior officer responsible for overseeing insourcing arrangements?
For clarity, by "insourcing," I am referring to situations where an NHS organisation sub-contracts medical services/procedures, differing from locum supply as the full end-to-end service is provided, not merely staffing.
