1. Has the Health Board utilised locum staff from April 2024 to the present?
2. What was the total locum spend by the Health Board during this period?
3. Which healthcare departments have utilised locum staff during this time?
4. Which locum agencies are currently or were previously engaged by the Health Board during this period?
5. Outside of the procurement team, who is the senior officer responsible for overseeing locum staff arrangements?
For clarity, by "locum," I am referring to the temporary engagement of healthcare professionals to provide services for staffing shortfalls or specific roles.
