My question centres around your telephony system - I am keen to understand if you use various systems for the varying work streams or if you have moved to a single ICC model. If your organisation has migrated to the singular system could I ask for very brief details of what went well and where you found challenges/learned lessons? 

Response

The Scottish Ambulance Service moved to a single telephony solution for all SAS fixed telephones in 2021 and this project went well with no significant issues encountered. There was a great deal of planning carried out pre go-live which enabled a smooth transition.
