  1. How much your trust spent on recruitment for control room staff in each financial year?

The spend for recruitment is not held in a way that allows us to separate out the spend for a particular job group.  It is for this reason we have applied section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 as information not held.

  1. The total number of staff days lost due to sickness in each financial year

The wellbeing of our hardworking staff is a key priority for the Service, and we have put additional measures in place and increased support over the last year in line with our Health and Wellbeing Strategy. We are thankful to all our staff, who have been doing an incredible job in very difficult circumstances.

Please see the attached sheet.

Q6-Q10

In relation to questions 6-10, 111 staff do not fall under the remit of the Scottish Ambulance Service and therefore this is information not held by us.  This information can be requested from NHS24 FOI team (Request information about NHS 24 | NHS 24).
