We welcome and encourage Feedback, Comments and Concerns from our patients on the services that we deliver. There are a number of ways in which you can let us have your feedback. We also welcome any positive comments you may have about the services that you have received.

Complaints procedure
The Service aims to provide the best possible services but accept that sometimes things do go wrong. If there is an aspect of your care or some service with which you have not been satisfied, please let us know as soon as possible.
