Aberdeen Paramedic to speak at online paralysis summit

Head

Aberdeen Paramedic Gordon Robertson will speak at this year’s End PJ paralysis 6th Global Summit Online.

#EndPJparalysis has become a global movement embraced by nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and medical colleagues. Its aim is to value patients’ time and help more people to live the fullest lives by reducing immobility and muscle deconditioning at the same time as protecting cognitive function, social interaction and dignity.

Gordon, who specialises in the Falls Pathway at SAS, will speak on July 10 to showcase the work SAS is doing in Grampian and across the service to promote safer mobility in the community.

The summit will be held from July 10 to 11 and anyone can attend as long as they sign up. Find out more information here. #EndPJparalysis - End PJ Paralysis

We wish Gordon all the best – an invaluable cause!
