Scottish Ambulance Service Unscheduled Care Operational Statistics

On 27 June 2022, Mark Pont, Assessment Programme Lead at Office for Statistics Regulation wrote to Scott Heald, PHS Head of Profession for Statistics to endorse the positive approach taken by the Scottish Ambulance Service (SAS) in developing new operational statistics on unscheduled care following a rapid review carried out by the OSR. On the same day, Scott Heald responded to thank the OSR for their observations on good practice and for carrying out this review.
